At M. Silver Associates, a WorldCom PR agency with offices in New York and South Florida, Erica led the development of the agency’s Consumer Lifestyle division, creating strategic, holistic and integrated brand-building programs for clients.

Prior to joining M. Silver Associates, Erica was a Vice President at Lippe Taylor Brand Communications, and led the implementation of public relations programs for beauty and consumer lifestyle clients, including: Procter & Gamble, Energizer, Shaklee, Diageo, Galderma, jane iredale, Yes to Carrots Organic, Natura Bisse, Jenny Craig, Olivia Newton John’s Liv Kit, to name a few.

At The Lazarus Group PR, Erica has represented a diverse array of clients in the health and wellness space, ranging from global haircare brand It's a 10 Haircare - to TruKid, the Award-Winning Line of Safe, Natural Skin and Hair Care Products for Children -  to women's health product, ellura - the 100% natural cranberry supplement to promote urinary tract health.  Erica has also worked to help position personalities and physicians as industry experts and resources to the media including her work with dermatologists Dr. David Kingsley, Dr. Kathryn Frew, Dr. Ilyse Lefkowicz, Dr. Marta Rendon, and celebrity hair stylist’s Dean Banowetz, Lisa Chiccine and Jeffrey Paul.

With a keen sense for predicting trends and buzz-worthy story angles, Erica has cultivated and maintained strong relationships with all of the top beauty, lifestyle, health, green, parenting and business media ranging from Allure to TIME Magazine to AOL Style List, and much more. Throughout her career, Erica played pivotal and varied roles in the creation and execution of a number of branded entertainment and celebrity driven campaigns including successfully executing launches for Jenny Craig with celebrity spokespeople Kirstie Alley, Valerie Bertinelli, Queen Latifah, Baron Davis and Kimberley Locke. She helped garner worldwide brand recognition, industry accolades and awards for the brand, including a Bulldog Gold Award for “Best Use of Celebrity.”

Erica brings to clients enthusiasm, dedication and a direct and impactful approach to media relations and consumer lifestyle marketing. She received top honors for her work with P&G, and was named “Rising Star” by Procter & Gamble hair care in 2006. Erica is a graduate of the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University, where she completed her bachelor’s degree in Public Relations.
